In 2025, Dan O’Connor continues to shape the global improv landscape through performance, direction, and education. He recently returned from a dynamic month in Italy, where he collaborated with Coffee Brecht in Naples, taught workshops for Assetto Teatro and Manallarte in Rome, and performed as part of the Welcome! This year, Dan headlined six sold-out performances at the Piccolo Fringe Festival in Charleston with Tennessee Williams UnScripted and Doozy!. He produced and performed in a celebrated evening of LA Theatresports, taught at The Hideout in Austin, Texas, collaborated with Jane Austen Improvised, and co-directed a sold-out run of Jane Austen UnScripted at the Garry Marshall Theatre. Most recently he returned to teach workshops at the Joint Special Operations Command.

Dan’s international work includes teaching, directing, and performing at the IOF Festival in Bielefeld, Det Andre Teatret in Oslo, Flock Theatre in Amsterdam, and Impro-Stuttgart.

This fall he will be teaching narrative improv intensives at the Free Association Theatre in London and for Dad’s Garage in Atlanta, Georgia!
